Council Of State Rejects Request For Ceasing Enforcement Of Procedures About Confiscation Of Ceas And Kepez

ANKARA - The Council of State on Tuesday unanimously rejected request for ceasing enforcement of procedures about confiscation of electricity generation and distribution companies Cukurova Electricity Corporation (CEAS) and KEPEZ previously owned by Uzan Holding.
Sources said that the case had been opened by the Cukurova Electricity Corporation against decisions on CEAS and by Kemal Uzan against decisions on KEPEZ with the request for ceasing enforcement of procedures and Council of Ministers' decisions on confiscation of CEAS and KEPEZ.
The decision of the Council of State will be notified to relevant sides after its reasoned verdict is written.
