ANKARA - Representatives of agriculture, banking and export sectors of the World Bank will come to Turkey under the Country Assistance Strategy (CAS).
Sources told the A.A correspondent on Tuesday that a delegation of the World Bank would come to Turkey this week to sign a finance agreement of 303 million U.S. dollars to be given by the World Bank to small and medium scale enterprises (SMSEs) in Turkey.
Meanwhile, agriculture experts of the World Bank would come to Turkey this week to determine the quality of the support to be extended for Turkish agriculture sector.
Also, banking and finance experts of the World Bank will come to Turkey next week to hold talks about rebuilding of banking and finance sectors and privatization of private banks.
Turkey will be provided with a loan of 4.5 billion U.S. dollars by the World Bank for a three-year period under the CAS.
Meanwhile, a delegation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is expected to come to Turkey next week for the second part works of the seventh review of economic program under the Stand-by deal between Turkey and the IMF.
The delegation headed by IMF Turkey Desk Chief Reza Moghadam will hold talks both in Istanbul and Ankara.
