ANTALYA - The 15th International Philosophy Olympiad (IPO) will be held in the southern Turkish city of Antalya on May 18th-21st with the participation of students from 22 countries.
Nuran Direk who holds the rotating presidency of the International Philosophy Olympiad said on Wednesday that the activity will be hosted by the Turkish Philosophy Society with the support of the Federation of International Philosophical Societies (FISP) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
"During the Olympiad, students will write a philosophical article in one of languages of English, French and German in order to provide equality among them. Their articles will be assessed by the IPO international jury. Then, the winner will be announced," she added.
