Constitutional Court: No Need To Make Any Decision About CHP's Appeal

ANKARA - The Constitutional Court ruled out on Tuesday that "there is no need to make any decision" about the appeal of Republican People`s Party (CHP) regarding the presidential election schedule since there was no candidate, the Constitutional Court`s Rapporteur Ali Karagulmez said.
CHP had filed an appeal on May 4th regarding the parliament`s decision on the schedule of presidential election rounds.
FM and Deputy PM Abdullah Gul withdrew his candidacy for president on May 9th.
