Turkey's Will Has Been Effective On Cyprus Process

ANKARA - Diplomatic sources said on Friday that will put forward by Turkey was effective on the outcome reached in meetings and consultations on Cyprus.
Diplomatic sources stated that Turkey's determination to find a solution to Cyprus issue was determinant in the process.
Although a difficult process await the parties, Ankara was pleased with the stage reached in the issue, diplomatic sources noted.
Meanwhile, sources said that United Nations (U.N.) Secretary General Kofi Annan's demand in his letter of invitation on February 4 that guarantor states should express will that the legal process on an agreement would be completed within the foreseen schedule would create a new constitutional problem for Turkey.
In accordance with Turkish laws, it doesn't seem likely to bring the agreement onto agenda of Turkish parliament before a referendum is held in the island.
