NEW YORK - Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Rauf Denktas said, ''Greek Cypriot side has some objections to the statement that (U.N.) Secretary General will make.''
Third day session of Cyprus talks which have been held under the auspices of the United Nations (U.N.) in New York ended at 9.50 Turkish local time on Friday.
Denktas left the meeting room at 10.05 Turkish local time and said, ''Greek Cypriot side has some objections to the statement that (U.N.) Secretary General will make.''
''They have asked us to make a written statement in which we say 'yes' or 'no' to proposals on Friday,'' he said.
Cyprus talks are expected to resume later on Friday.
