Powell Speaks To Gul By Phone

ANKARA - U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell spoke to Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul by phone on Wednesday.
Sources said that Powell phoned Gul at 5 p.m. Turkish local time.
No information was given about what the two ministers discussed.
