Security Forces Impound 25 Kg Of Hashish

HAKKARI - Security forces impounded 25 kg of hashish in an operation in eastern province of Hakkari on Wednesday.
Acting on a tip-off, security forces stopped and searched a minibus.
During the search, they confiscated 25 kg of hashish in luggage of one of the passengers.
A person was detained in the operation.
Sources said that market value of the drug was about 1.5 thousand U.S. dollars.
A full investigation into illicit drug trafficking is under way.
