351 MPs Vote In Favor Of Article 5 Of Constitutional Amendment Bill

ANKARA - 351 MPs voted in favor of Article 5 of the constitutional amendment bill on Monday.
The Article 5 sets presidential election process.
399 MPs attended the secret balloting of Article 5.
41 MPs voted against the Article 5, while 3 abstained and 4 votes were invalid.
According to Article 5, presidential election will be completed within 60 days before president`s term in office ends.
