ANKARA - 362 MPs on Monday voted in favor of Article 1 of the constitutional amendment bill pertaining to holding general elections every four years.
452 MPs attended the secret balloting of Article 1.
81 MPs voted against Article 1, 5 abstained, 4 votes were invalid.
