Eksi Re-elected Wapc President

ISTANBUL - Oktay Eksi, the head of Turkish Press Council, has been re-elected President of World Association of Press Councils (WAPC), a statement by the council said on Monday.
According to the statement, Eksi was unanimously elected WAPC president for a third time in the Executive Board meeting held in Kenyan capital of Nairobi.
G.N.Ray, head of Indian Press Council, was elected vice-president, the statement noted.
Eksi was elected WAPC president for the first time in 2002.
