Foreign Ministry Delegation Goes To United States

ISTANBUL - Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Ugur Ziyal and accompanying delegation flew on Monday to New York, the United States to represent Turkey in a meeting on Cyprus.
United Nations (U.N.) Secretary General Kofi Annan had called on concerned parties to resume Cyprus talks last week.
Ziyal is accompanied by Deputy Undersecretary Baki Ilkin and Ambassador Deniz Bolukbasi.
Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Rauf Denktas went to the United States on Sunday.
