ANKARA - True Path Party (DYP) chairman Mehmet Agar said on Monday that it was necessary to keep the Constitutional Court process free of all sorts of pressure.
Holding a press conference in Ankara, Agar said that politics should not have been taken to court but indicated that they believed now the Constitutional Court would reach a verdict on the presidential elections with its own free will.
Agar said the ruling party and the main opposition party was trying to drive the general elections ahead into a bipolar basis and regarded them as the representatives of tension.
DYP Chairman Agar noted that it was necessary for all components of the society especially politicians to read the necessary messages given at the demonstration staged at Caglayan square in Istanbul on Sunday.
