Chp's Appeal To Constitutional Court -rapporteur Compiles Report

ANKARA - The rapporteur compiled his report as regards to the appeal of the Republican People's Party's (CHP) to the Constitutional Court for the cancellation of the first round of presidential election.
The report was delivered to Constitutional Court Chief Judge Tulay Tugcu and also distributed to the members.
The Constitutional Court is expected to debate CHP's appeal on Tuesday.
CHP submitted its appeal to Constitutional Court about the first round of the presidential election with the signatures of 134 MPs on grounds that the voting was contrary to the parliamentary by-law and the Constitution.
