ANKARA - "I would be proud of playing in a movie directed by (famous Turkish director) Ferzan Ozpetek," said Ornella Muti, one of the most popular actresses of the Italian cinema.
Muti, who inaugurated the "Fashionset Annamode: 60 Years of Women's Fashion in Cinema" exhibition in Turkish capital of Ankara on Sunday, made declarations to a A.A correspondent about her impressions in Turkey.
Muti said: "Turkish culture is a mixture of various cultures. Turkey is a wonderful country."
"I have met many beautiful people in Turkey. The climate is very nice," she also underlined.
Asked about her views on famous director Ferzan Ozpetek, Muti stated, "I love Ferzan Ozpetek. I've seen all his movies. I really loved them. We also have a wonderful relationship."
Asked whether she goes for a role to be offered by Oztepek, Muti underscored, "I would be proud of (playing in a movie directed by Ozpetek)."
