KONYA - One teenager who was trapped under the rubble of a collapsed building in central province of Konya was rescued early on Sunday.
Search-rescue teams pulled out Muhammet Kalem (16) alive from the rubble of collapsed apartment building, killing 66 people so far.
The rescue of Muhammet Kalem, the first survivor pulled from the wreckage after 5,5 days, raised hopes that there could be others still alive under the wreckage.
Kalem said, ''I kept hearing the voices of rescuers. I tried not to lose hope thinking they would eventually find me. I fell asleep from time to time.''
Officials said that Kalem was in good condition.

DEATH TOLL RISES TO 68
Death toll increased to 68 in the collapse of an eleven-storey building in Konya on Sunday.
Search-rescue teams continue their efforts and they've pulled out two more bodies, one man and one woman, increasing the death toll to 68.
