MADRID - Opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Deniz Baykal who attended Socialist International meetings in Madrid, Spain said that ethnic origins should not be direct factors in new political structure which would be formed in Iraq.
Baykal who delivered on Saturday a brief speech at meetings of Socialist International said that after an ''unjust'' war in Iraq, the thing which should be done in Iraq now was to hold general elections democratically.
