"Caglayan Demonstration For The Republic" Kicks Off In Istanbul

ISTANBUL - "Caglayan Demonstration for the Republic", organized conjointly by several NGOs kicked off in Caglayan Square, Istanbul on Sunday.
Security forces take high level safety measures in the demonstration area.
People from several cities, gathered in Caglayan district with Turkish flags and posters of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, founder of the Republic of Turkey.
On the other hand, a "crisis desk" is established at the Istanbul Police Department. The mass meeting is followed by MOBESE (Mobile Electronic System Integration) cameras in the demonstration area at the crisis desk.
