ANKARA - Halkbank`s registered shares with a nominal value of 271.52 million New Turkish Liras (YTL) will be publicly offered between May 2nd-4th 2007.
The announcement for the sale of Halkbank`s registered shares that belong to Privatization Administration (OIB) was released in daily newspapers today.
Sale of the shares with nominal value of 271.52 million YTL will continue for 3 days, starting of May 2nd.
The price of a share of 1 YTL nominal value is determined between 6.40 YTL and 8 YTL interval. The demands will be collected from 8 YTL that is the ceiling of the price interval.
It is announced that additional shares, worth of 40.72 million YTL nominal value, are planned to be publicly offered in the future.
