ANKARA - True Path Party (DYP) leader Mehmet Agar and the Motherland Party (ANAVATAN) leader Erkan Mumcu urged the government to call for early general elections, in a joint press conference on Wednesday.
Agar and Mumcu drew attention to the attempted assassination directed to Chairman of the Higher Board of Education (YOK) Erdogan Tezic on Wednesday evening and urged the ruling Justice and Development Party to call for early elections tomorrow.
