45th Anniversary Of Constitutional Court

ANKARA - "Constitutional Court plays a very fundamental role in functioning of the state of law and a democratic system", said Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday.
PM Erdogan sent a message to Constitutional Court chief justice Tulay Tugcu on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the court.
He stated that the Constitutional Court plays an important role to run the democratic system smoothly with all its institutions and rules.
"In this respect Constitutional Court is among the fundamental institutions of our Republic that is a democratic, secular and social state of law" said Erdogan.
