ANTALYA - "The amount of projects that have been assumed by Turkish contracting companies in Russia reached 15 billion U.S. dollars," Antalya Chamber of Trade & Industry (ATSO) Chairman Kemal Ozgen said on Wednesday.
5-member Russian delegation, currently in Antalya to hold several talks, visited Ozgen. Turkish-Russian Business Council Chairman Turgut Gur and Russia`s Consul General in Antalya Mirjalol Husanov also participated in the meeting.
Stating that the two countries were working really hard to boost economic and social relations, Ozgen remarked that Russian businessmen`s investments in Turkey amounted to 500 million USD.
On the other hand, Ivan Petrenko, head of Russian delegation, said that they were eager to be informed on the agriculture sector in Antalya.
