C.H.P. Leader Baykal In Madrid

MADRID - Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Deniz Baykal arrived on Friday in Spanish capital Madrid to attend the Socialist International Council meeting.
Baykal, one of the Vice-Presidents of Socialist International, will hold meetings with representatives of members of Socialist International during the Council which will start this evening and last until Sunday.
Recent situation in Iraq and Middle East crisis are among prior issues to be taken up in the Council meeting.
Cyprus issue which closely concerns Turkey is also expected to come onto agenda during the meeting.
