Turkish Films Week Kicks Off In Uzbek Capital

TASHKENT - Uzbek cinema fans will have the opportunity to see a selection of seven Turkish movies in the capital Tashkent during a week of Turkish Films Festival which began on Tuesday.
The first day of the festival featured Turkish-German director Anno Saul's "Kebab Connection," a black comedy that deals with cultural clashes in a funny and poignant way.
"Babam ve Oglum" (My Father and Son) by Cagan Irmak, "Organize Isler" (Magic Carpet Ride) by Yilmaz Erdogan and "Zugurt Aga" by Nesli Colgecen are also among the seven films.
