Contractor Kaya Captured

ANKARA - Vedat Kaya, the contractor of the eleven-storey building which collapsed in Selcuklu town of central province of Konya two days ago, was captured in southern province of Antalya on Wednesday.
Sources told A.A correspondent that Vedat Kaya's older brother Sedat Kaya, who was detained earlier, helped security officials to capture him.
Meanwhile, Sedat Kaya was released after it was revealed that he did not have any connection with the building.
DEATH TOLL INCREASES TO 23
Death toll increased to 23 in the eleven-storey building which collapsed in Selcuklu town of central province of Konya late on Monday.
Sources told the A.A correspondent on Wednesday that search and rescue teams recovered one more body.
