Gendarmery Rescue Italian Climbers Trapped At Suphan Mountain

BITLIS - Turkish Gendarmery teams rescued 9 Italian climbers as well as one Turkish guide, who were trapped at Suphan Mountain in Adilcevaz town of eastern city of Bitlis, sources told A.A on Tuesday.
The mountaineers and the guide started climbing Suphan at 2.00 p.m. on Monday. However, they were trapped early on Tuesday, due to bad weather conditions.
Adilcevaz gendarmery teams rescued the mountaineers and the guide. Sources said that health condition of mountaineers is good.
