Turkey Hosts Tourists From 180 Countries

ISTANBUL - A total of 2 million 955 thousand 759 foreign tourists entered Turkey from Istanbul's Ataturk Airport in 2003.
Ataturk Airport officials told the A.A correspondent on Monday a total of 2 million 955 thousand 759 foreign tourists entered Turkey from the airport in 2003.
German tourists were ranked first with 494 thousand 503 people. Russia, France, Britain, the United States and Israel followed Germany in the list of foreign tourists entering Turkey from the Ataturk Airport.
Meanwhile, Turkey hosted citizens of countries such as Andorra, Anguilla, Western Samoa, Belize, Benin, Guyana, Laos, Mauritius, Republic of Nauru and Myanmar.
