WASHINGTON, D.C. - Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who is currently in the United States, visited the U.S. Senate on Wednesday.
After his meeting with U.S. President George W. Bush, Erdogan held meetings in the Senate. Erdogan met separately with U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and House of Representatives Turkey Friendship Group members.
Prior to his meetings in the Senate, Prime Minister Erdogan came together with the World Bank President James Wolfensohn at Ritz Carlton Hotel.
