Turkey Obtains An Income Of $448.2 Million Through Exports Of Hazelnut

TRABZON - Turkey obtained an income of 448 million 261 thousand U.S. dollars through hazelnut export on the 21st week of the export season.
According to figures of Black Sea Hazelnut and Products Exporters' Association, Turkey gained 448 million 261 thousand U.S. dollars by exporting 123 thousand 404 tones of hazelnut in the 21st week of 2003-2004 season that started on September 1.
In the same period of the previous season, Turkey had exported 165 thousand 523 tones of hazelnut and obtained an income of 373 million 44 thousand 836 U.S. dollars.
