ANKARA - The Amasya-Tokat-Merzifon pipeline construction tender which was announced by the Petroleum Pipeline Corporation (BOTAS) was concluded.
Nine companies submitted offers at the tender and eight of these offers were valid.
The "Metot" and "Mescioglu" consortium won the tender with an offer of 17.1 million YTL. (almost 12.5 million USD)
The pipeline construction that is subject to the tender will involve the area between Samsun-Ankara and Tokat/Amasya/Zile/Merzifon/Erbaa/Niksar and the pipeline between Erzurum-Imranli and Erzincan. The deadline for the construction is May 30th, 2008.
