ANKARA - Evaluating the required number of parliamentarians necessary to elect the next president of Turkey, leader of the True Path Party (DYP) Mehmet Agar indicated today that "the discussions on 367 members of parliament push the limits of law. We believe the presence of 184 parliamentarians would be satisfactory for the election of Turkey's next president."
"Naturally, there will be discussions on the number of parliamentarians required to be present for the election of the new president. There is no candidate yet. We want to stay out of this matter," stressed Agar.
