ISTANBUL - TAV (Tepe Akfen Ventures) Airports Holding is going to set up a company in Tunisia.
According to a statement from TAV, the administrative board decided to found a company in that country under the name of "TAV Tunisie SA" or another name that would be approved by Tunisian company registration office.
The capital of the company is set to be 200 m Tunisian Dinars (153,432,141USD) and TAV will invest 199 million Tunisian Dinars of this amount.
TAV actually operates Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Tbilisi airports, as well as duty-free shops, catering services and an IT firms.
