ANKARA - National Oil & Natural Gas Company of Turkey (TPAO) has called for tenders to launch a project to locate crude oil leakage through satellite-based synthetic aperture radar pictures.
TPAO will implement the project in Eregli town of Black Sea coastal city of Zonguldak.
