ANKARA - Owners of all vehicles will get penalized if they do not install an ID chip on their vehicles, sources said.
The ID chip will store the vehicle`s license plate number, as well as engine and body serial numbers.
All manufacturers and companies importing vehicles will have to issue certificates to owners of vehicles on the chips installed.
