DAVOS - Finance Minister Kemal Unakitan said on Friday that Turkey was in very good condition, adding that ''Turkey looks even better when you look at it from outside.''
Speaking to reporters after his meeting with Koc Holding's Executive Board President Mustafa Koc, Unakitan said that everybody in Davos was impressed by Turkey's getting good results in economy, and its having a very good economic performance. Unakitan stated that the interest in Turkey in Davos meeting was very intense.
Unakitan noted that foreign investors told him that they wanted to invest in Turkey and they came with more concrete investment projects to meetings this time.
Mustafa Koc said in his part that Davos meetings were very important for marketing and promotion of Turkey and that international investors told them that they closely monitored Turkey.
