ANTALYA - Economy and finance ministers as well as high level experts from members of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) met Thursday in the Mediterranean port city of Antalya to seek ways to enhance cooperation in investment and privatization, fight against corruption and money laundering, and taxation.
Ministers from Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan are expected to craft a final declaration.
ECO was established in 1985 by Turkey, Pakistan and Iran to promote economic, technical and cultural cooperation. The organization currently involves ten nations with headquarters in Tehran, Iran.
