ISTANBUL - The branches of Holland-based subsidiary of Turkey`s Garanti Bank Corp. "Garantibank International NV" in Romania and the three subsidiaries of Ge Consumer Finance that are operating in Romania will be merged under Motoractive Leasing to operate with a banking license.
According to a statement issued from the T. Garanti Bankasi Corp., the branches of "Garantibank International NV" (it`s Holland-based subsidiary) in Romania will be merged with Domania Credit IFN, Ralfi IFN and Motoractive Leasing IFN which are currently operating under GE Consumer Finance under Motoractive Leasing IFN(the final share holders of this company will be Dogus Group and General Electric) and its licence will be changed into a banking license.
