ANKARA - President Mehmet Ali Talat of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) arrived in capital Ankara on Wednesday.
Talat who is scheduled to give a conference on Cyprus issue at Middle East Technical University`s (ODTU) EU Centre today is expected to return to TRNC tomorrow.
