ANKARA - Young foreign diplomats from 42 different countries will arrive in Ankara upon an invitation from the Turkish Foreign Ministry in order to attend the "12th International Young Diplomats Training Program", said Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) today.
The young diplomats will come from the Balkans, Caucasia, Middle East, Far East, South Asia, Africa and South America. They will attend conferences of various university scholars as well as high level diplomats of the Turkish MFA.
The young diplomats will have the opportunity to travel all across Turkey and learn about Turkish economy, history, culture and touristic destinations.
MFA's training of young foreign diplomats began in 1992 and so far 463 diplomats have been trained.
The 12th International Young Diplomats Training Program kicks off on April 9th at the Midas Hotel in Ankara and will end on May 18th.
