ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Ministry's call center for consular services for Turkish citizens living abroad went operational, the ministry announced on Monday.
Turkish citizens living in countries in western Europe could dial 0090 312 292 29 29 to ask for assistance both for consular services and in case of emergency from the Ankara-based call center.
The MFA has been running another call center at the Consulate General to Chicago, providing help for North America.
