Members Of German Greens Party In Turkish Parliament

ANKARA - "Our party favors Turkey's membership to the EU," Rainder Steenblock, the Spokesperson of the German Greens Party on European Affairs, said on Monday.
Speaking during his meeting with Turkish Parliament's EU Adjustment Committee Chairman Yasar Yakis, Steenblock said, "we are endeavoring for Turkey's integration to the EU. We have come to learn how the integration process will continue. We are here to get information about the recent developments, to meet committee members, and to see what could be done."
The meeting was closed to the press.
Greens Party delegation also includes Ekin Deligoz, Silke Stokar and Silva Uplegger.
