What Do You Think Of My Presidency?

"I witnessed it on the way to Riyadh. After the long conversation we had (with a person very close to PM Erdogan), the prototype of the President PM Erdogan aspires to be becomes clear in my mind. If he decide to run, when will he announce his candidacy? And, how? Here are the answers:
Erdogan's close circle of friends and party authorities say the following: ''If Mr. Erdogan becomes the next president, he will try to defuse the tension.
We have to recall that speculations were circulating when he was elected Mayor of Istanbul. (Then) Many was thinking that he would ban sale of alcoholic beverages or fight against mini-skirts. Such speculations never realized. When Mr. Tayyip became the prime minister, similar concerns were raised. Yet these concerns did not turn out to be real. (Now) Certain circles have the same concerns as regards PM Erdogan's presidency. But these concerns will not represent the truth.
What does all of this mean?
This means that it is highly likely that Erdogan will run for presidency.
And his main goal will be to normalize the situation in Turkey. He was aspiring to become a President of the center. And to make Turkey an active player in the world.
As regards the question on when he will announce his candidacy:
Erdogan is to begin to meet deputies this week. He will receive MPs in groups of 20. And the question will be: 'What do you think of my presidency?'
Erdogan will get the answers of each deputy. Answers have already been received from the provincial chairmen of the ruling Justice & Development Party (AKP). Surveys have been made to find an answer. Erdogan will lastly ask his deputies for their opinions.
I believe that the result is certain: The great majority of AKP deputies want to see Erdogan as president.
There may be a small number of deputies with concerns. That concern has to do with fears that the AKP may lose votes at the upcoming national elections if Erdogan becomes the next president .
Erdogan will not hold a group meeting as he will be in Aleppo, Syria on Tuesday. The next Tuesday, April 10th, will be the day of the meeting of the National Security Council (MGK). The group will not be able to convene once again. Erdogan will meet with his deputies during this period. There is a group meeting coming up later. Erdogan will be visiting Germany on April 16th, the day when the presidential candidacy process kicks off. Erdogan would meet Merkel in Germany.
Calm will prevail by the week of April 16th. Between April 16th and 26th, the name of the presidential candidate will be submitted to the office of the speaker of parliament. Based on my impression, no name will be submitted until the last day --April 25th. When the name actually gets submitted, it will have the signatures of all AKP deputies.
Yes, this is how the calendar will work.
