NEW YORK - Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will be rewarded with bravery award by the American Jewish Committee (AJC) in New York during his visit to the United States.
AJC will host a meal in honor of Erdogan at HSBC Bank for the award ceremony.
Erdogan and accompanying delegation are expected to reach New York on January 25.
Erdogan will deliver a speech in a meeting to be held at Foreign Policy Association (FPA) on January 26. He will explain the main targets of Turkish foreign policy and give information about steps taken on the path to the European Union (EU) and the reforms during his speech.
Erdogan will meet with Turkish people and representatives of Turkish societies in and around New York the same day. He will proceed to Washington on January 27 to meet with U.S. President George W. Bush at White House on January 28.
