JEDDAH - Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Saturday.
A 270-people group, including State Minister Ali Babacan, Finance Minister Kemal Unakitan and several businessmen and journalists, accompany Erdogan.
Erdogan will join a dinner that will be hosted by Mecca Governor Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz on the occasion of ''5th Jeddah Economic Forum.''
Erdogan is scheduled to deliver a speech entitled, ''Turkey: Economic Power Under Formation'' and meet with Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri. Erdogan will also join luncheon of Union of Turkish Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) and Foreign Economic Relations Council (DEIK).
Erdogan is expected to return to Turkey on January 19.
