Hatay Governor: Landmine Sweeping Work In Syrian Border Area Has Started

HATAY - Abdulkadir Sari, the governor of southern province of Hatay, said on Friday that the work on landmine sweeping in arable fields in the Syrian border area had started.
Stressing that relations with Syria were developing, Sari said that Turkey and Syria agreed to sweep landmines in the border areas and this would contribute to economic activities in Hatay.
