EU Is Now More Serious Against PKK Terrorist Organization, Silliman

BRUSSELS - EU is now more serious against PKK terrorist organization, Douglas Silliman, Director of U.S. State Department`s Office of Southeastern European Affairs, told reporters after his talks with EU Troika in Brussels.
He noted that during his meetings with officials from EU President Germany and next president Portugal they discussed Turkey`s EU accession process and fight against PKK terrorist organization.
Stressing that PKK carries out its activities in many countries of Europe, Silliman said that EU member states should cooperate in exchange of information and intelligence regarding this issue.
