ISTANBUL - Finance Minister Kemal Unakitan returned to Turkey on Thursday.
Unakitan told reporters at Istanbul's Ataturk Airport that he had met with President, Parliament Speaker and Prime Minister of Bulgaria during his visit to Sofia.
Noting that they discussed to further increase economic relations between two countries, Unakitan said that they also took up opening Hamzabeyli border gate.
Stressing that trade volume between two countries has reached to one billion 300 million dollars for the first time this year, Unakitan said that this amount was not enough and they had reached an agreement on increasing this figure.
Unakitan said that he had also met with Turkish businessmen in Bulgaria.
