Auction For IETT Bus Terminal Plot

-FIBA-NUROL WITHDRAWS FROM AUCTION -SAMA DUBAI MAKES OFFER OF 689 MLN USD

ISTANBUL - Sama Dubai has offered 689 million USD (1 USD=1.40 YTL) in the public auction for the Istanbul Electricity, Tunnel & Trolley Authority`s (IETT) bus terminal plot of 46,241 square meters in Levent district of Istanbul.
Zorlu Gayrimenkul and Sama Dubai remain in the auction after withdrawal of Fiba-Nurol Gayrimenkul.
The auction committee has given a five-minute break after Sama Dubai`s offer of 689 million USD.
