Tender For IETT Bus Terminal Plot

-THREE COMPANIES TO JOIN PUBLIC AUCTION REVEALED

ISTANBUL - Three companies making the highest offers in the bidding for the Istanbul Electricity, Tunnel & Trolley Authority`s (IETT) bus terminal plot of 46,241 square meters in Levent district of Istanbul have been revealed.
The tender is actually going on at the conference hall of the Istanbul Municipality Directorate of Youth & Sports.
These companies and their offers are as follows:

Sama Dubai - 840 million YTL plus VAT
Zorlu Gayrimenkul - 707 million YTL plus VAT
Fiba-Nurol Gayrimenkul - 505.5 million YTL plus VAT
Biskon Yapi - 440 million YTL plus VAT
Toray Insaat - 401.5 million YTL plus VAT
Tasyapi Insaat - 400 million YTL plus VAT
Limak Insaat - 310 million YTL plus VAT

Accordingly Sama Dubai, Zorlu Gayrimenkul and Fiba-Nurol Gayrimenkul will join the public auction.
The new owner of the plot will be chosen among these three companies.
