Denktas: New Names Have To Be Given For Three Ministries Within Few Days

LEFKOSA - Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Rauf Denktas said on Thursday that TRNC Attorney General Akin Sait wanted dismissal of the three ministers and new appointments to be made.
In the letter which Sait sent to TRNC President Denktas, he stated that if new appointment was not going to be made, there would be legal problems and that President Denktas could take back the approval he gave for the whole government.
Denktas told reporters that Attorney General thought that the mentioned ministers had to change, adding that new names had to be given for the three ministries within few days.
In the letter which Sait sent to Denktas, Sait noted that Erman Emekci, Ayse Donmezer and Rasit Pertev were not eligible for election as deputies under Article 106/4 of the Constitution.
